When the iPad came out in 2010 there were many followers, as ever the world turned to Apple to solve all their technology problems and the gadget giant did not disappoint. Instead the world was once again in love. The object of their affections was the iPad, which inevitably sold very well. In fact the device sold more than two million iPads in less than two months.

Earlier this year the second version of the device was launched and once again the world sat up and took note. Once again the technology hungry were looking to get a slice of the ever tasty Apple pie. But what should they do with the iPad from the year before?

Gumtree has given the answer. After the iPad was launched there has been a massive increase in the number of people advertising the iPad first generation. The online listing site has complied data from their website to give us all insider knowledge. The company have created the handy little infographic below to help us find the cheapest iPads.

The data revealed byGumtree.com showed that there was a huge difference in the prices of the second-hand devices. The cheapest iPads can be found in Belfast, and the most expensive in London.
